Chili Cookoff

Hi everyone!! Libby here. I’m leading a group of 22 Rufus King high school students and 4 chaperones to Costa Rica over spring break! Students will hike around National Parks, zip-line through tropical forests, visit a butterfly farm, bathe in hot springs, and take part in a folkloric evening of music and dance. The chili cook-off will go to a scholarship for one of the students attending the trip and also be for other expenses like the folkloric music and dance night for all students. Thank you all for helping my students travel abroad!

The recommended cost is $20 per person to eat to your heart’s content! (Or until we run out haha)

Let me know if you are entering a crock pot of chili in the competition or if you’d like to bring corn bread. There will be fun prizes for the winner!

We will also do a 50/50 raffle, a mercado, and Latin American Trivia! Tell all your friends! I’ll see you there!!
